Kris's art commission TOS

1. General Termsa) All artworks will feature a subtle signature, regardless of any removal requests.b) Some artworks may be posted in various communities or on social media.c) I reserve the right to decline any order that makes me feel uncomfortable.

2. Transactiond) I accept payments in USD and PHP through Paypal, GCash, or Artistree.e) Prices may vary based on character design, additional assets, etc.f) Payment can be made either upfront in full or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.g) Do not send payment before I have confirmed your slot and requested the payment.h) Payments should be made via the specified method for my convenience.

3. Process & Deliveryi) Once I notify you that your commission has started, refunds will no longer be possible.j) I will provide periodic updates on the commission's progress.k) The time to complete your commission can range from one week to one month, depending on factors such as character complexity, health, or personal life challenges.l) If there are any delays in the estimated delivery time, I will promptly inform you.m) Upon completion, you will receive the finished artwork in full HD via the method you used to contact me.n) A fee of 10 USD/PHP will be charged for any changes requested in the final illustration, with a maximum of three change requests.o) All reference pictures must be clear to avoid misunderstandings. An additional fee will be charged for changes if the image is blurry or pixelated.

4. Copyright and Usage PolicyI, Kris, retain exclusive rights to the produced illustrations. This allows me to:p) Artist's Rights:Promote and display the commissioned artwork for self-promotion and in published works.
Use the artwork on personal websites, social media, and other platforms.q) Buyer's Rights:Use the artwork for personal purposes, including sharing on social media and forums.
Print the artwork for personal use, retaining ownership of characters but not the artwork.
Use the artwork for self-promotion, with optional credit to the artist.
Use the artwork in YouTube channels and monetized videos, provided it is not the primary focus.r) Commercial Use:If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes (such as marketing, merchandise, or any form of profit-making activities), you will be charged an additional 25% of the original price. Prices for commercial use will be discussed and agreed upon separately.s) Copyright Infringement Includes:Commercial reproduction or use of the copyrighted artwork without purchasing commercial rights.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Removing my signature from the artwork.
